LWG Training Privacy Statement

LWG Training is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act, 1988.  Management will review and update this Privacy Statement on a regular basis.

When is personal information collected?

LWG Training collects personal information about an individual by way of enrolment forms, interviews, meetings, telephone calls, facsimiles, email and delivery of services.  Personal information includes contact name, date of birth, contact details, education/qualifications, employment details and other information as necessary to assist us to provide a personalised and quality service.

LWG Training uses personal information to:

• inform client(s) of our services & products
• provide services to our clients
• undertake internal administrative tasks
• comply with accreditation and registration requirements
• consider the suitability of employment applications

Who might LWG Training disclose personal information to?

We may disclose personal information held about an individual to:

Personal information - updates & access

LWG Training endeavours to ensure that the personal information it retains is accurate, complete and up-to-date. To update personal information a person may contact LWG Training during office hours.

A person has the right to obtain access to their personal information.  Permission to obtain access must be made in writing.
